Video Editor + SME

Job Title: Video Editor + SME (Facebook Monetization)

Location: Indore | Hybrid Experience: 1–2 Years

Creativefuel is looking for a Video Editor + SME who understands both content performance and editing. We need someone who knows what works on Facebook, can edit engaging videos, and understands audience retention, hooks, and viral content formats.

Candidates with knowledge of AI tools, prompting, and AI-based content workflows will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Edit engaging, high-retention videos for Facebook Understand content performance, hooks, watch time, and retention Manage and upload content on Facebook Pages Research trends and high-performing content formats Write basic hooks, titles, and captions Use AI tools for content ideation and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in video editing/content roles Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools Understanding of Facebook content and monetization ecosystem Good understanding of AI tools and prompting Interest in Bollywood, Crime, Comedy, and TV-show content Creative mindset with understanding of viral content formats

Preferred:

Experience handling Facebook/Youtube/Instagram Pages Knowledge of retention-based editing and performance metrics
