US Accounting & Taxation Specialist Experience: 2+ Years Location: Indore Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview We are looking for a US Accounting & Taxation professional with hands-on experience in US accounting, taxation, and withholding tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax regulations applicable to US entities.

Experience with Meta Ads billing, ad revenue reconciliation, and digital content monetization will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day US accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with US taxation and withholding tax regulations. Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities. Prepare and maintain tax-related reports, documentation, and supporting schedules. Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders. Analyze financial data and support management with accurate reporting and insights. Maintain compliance and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Required Skills 2+ years of experience in US Accounting and Taxation. Strong knowledge of US tax regulations and withholding tax requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills Experience with Meta Ads billing and advertising-related accounting. Understanding of digital content monetization and revenue tracking. Exposure to digital media, advertising, or creator economy businesses.
