## About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic talent acquisition executive with experience in hiring for media, creative, and digital marketing roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agency hiring, talent mapping along with the ability to attract and hire top creative talent in a fast-paced environment.

## Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for media and creative roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

### Recruitment Operations

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure proper documentation and offer management.
• Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

## Required Skills

• Strong experience in Media, Digital Marketing, Creative, or Agency hiring.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of creative and digital marketing roles.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes by evaluating portfolios and practical experience.
• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
