Platform Strategy & Growth Lead the overall social media strategy across Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn. Identify content formats, trends, and distribution opportunities that drive reach, engagement, and audience growth. Continuously analyze performance data and optimize posting strategies, timing, and formats. Work closely with editorial and video teams to ensure platform-first storytelling. Content Performance & Monetization Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and community growth across platforms. Identify opportunities for content monetization, platform partnerships, and branded integrations. Ensure social content supports both editorial impact and revenue objectives. Experiment with new formats, features, and platform tools to unlock growth opportunities. Team Coordination & Daily Operations Oversee daily social media publishing workflows and ensure content pipelines run efficiently. Work alongside the social team to maintain posting consistency, quality, and brand voice. Identify gaps or errors in execution and resolve them constructively and efficiently. Ensure workflows between content, video, design, and social teams remain streamlined. Team Leadership & Culture Lead the team through guidance, collaboration, and accountability, rather than hierarchy. Create an environment where feedback improves processes without impacting team morale. Encourage open communication, problem-solving, and collective ownership of outcomes. Support team members in improving platform understanding, creativity, and execution quality. Content Innovation Identify opportunities for new social-first IPs, formats, and audience engagement strategies. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Contribute ideas that help MissMalini stay relevant, culturally sharp, and ahead of digital trends.
