Role: Social Media Manager – Instagram
Location: Indore | Hybrid
Experience: 3–4+ Years
We’re looking for a performance-driven Social Media Manager who understands Instagram deeply and can manage content, teams, and page growth at scale. This role is ideal for someone who has previously handled multiple pages together, works strongly on data and insights, and knows how to scale content using strategy rather than guesswork. Someone who understands AI trends, tools, and AI-focused content ecosystems will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a team of social media executives/content resources
Handle strategy and growth for multiple Instagram pages simultaneously
Monitor content performance, reach, retention, engagement, and overall page health
Work closely with editors/designers for smooth content execution
Plan content calendars, viral formats, hooks, and growth strategies
Analyze insights, numbers, and factual data to improve performance consistently
Stay updated with Instagram trends, algorithm shifts, AI trends, and audience behavior
Ensure consistent posting, quality control, and execution across all pages
Requirements:
3–4+ years of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm and growth strategies
Experience managing 15+ pages at a time is highly preferred
Good knowledge of AI tools, trends, and content ecosystem OR prior experience working on AI-related pages/content
Ability to lead and manage a small team efficiently
Strong analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics and data-driven decisions
Experience working on high-volume content pages
Understanding of viral content formats, audience psychology, and trend culture
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing AI-focused pages/content
Familiarity with AI tools and prompting workflows
Experience with content planning tools and dashboards
Basic understanding of editing/design workflows
Knowledge of meme culture, trend spotting, and fast-moving content ecosystems
Ability to identify patterns from analytics and optimize content strategy accordingly
