Whether it’s Instagram or Facebook — you should know how content actually performs,
scales, and reaches people.
The pages you’ll handle can range from AI-focused content to entertainment-based
pages, depending on your trial performance and interview.
What You’ll Actually Do
●Turn basic ideas into shareable, scroll-stopping content
●Spot trends early and use them before they’re overused
●Write captions that feel native, relatable & non-cringe
●Break down posts and instantly know why they flopped or worked
●Scale content using strategy + ads, not just hope & prayers
●Work with the team and actually execute, not just suggest
●Handle and grow content across Instagram and/or Facebook pages
What You NEED to Have
●1.5–2 years of handling social media pages
●Strong understanding of Instagram/Facebook reach, shares & engagement
●Experience with Meta Ads Manager
●Proof that you’ve worked on content that performed
●Solid copywriting skills (captions = make or break)
●Awareness of memes, trends & internet culture
●Understanding of platform algorithms & audience behavior
