Marathi Video Editor + SME

Job Title: Marathi Video Editor + SME (Facebook Monetization)

Location: Indore | Hybrid Experience: 1–2 Years

CreativeFuel is looking for a Marathi Video Editor + SME who understands both content performance and editing. We need someone who can edit engaging Marathi content, understands audience retention, hooks, and viral formats, and knows what works on Facebook.

Candidates with knowledge of AI tools, prompting, and AI-based content workflows will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Edit engaging, high-retention Marathi videos for Facebook Understand content performance, hooks, watch time, and retention Manage and upload content on Facebook Pages Research Marathi trends and high-performing content formats Write basic hooks, titles, and captions Use AI tools for content ideation and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in video editing/content roles Fluency in Marathi language is mandatory Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools Understanding of Facebook content and monetization ecosystem Good understanding of AI tools and prompting Creative mindset with understanding of viral content formats

Preferred:

Experience handling Facebook Pages Knowledge of retention-based editing and performance metrics
