Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
Identify opportunities to leverage influencers for product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and influencer best practices.
Influencer Identification & Relationship Management
Research, shortlist, and onboard influencers (micro, macro, and celebrity) across all social media platforms.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers.
Campaign Execution
Plan, brief, and coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns (from ideation to execution).
Ensure influencer content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and legal requirements (disclosures, copyrights, etc.).
Collaborate with internal creative, social, and performance teams for integrated marketing efforts.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and measure campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Use data to optimize influencer partnerships and campaign strategies.
