Roles and Responsibilities:
●Talent Acquisition: Craft and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top creative talent, from social media gurus to design wizards and wordsmiths.
●End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.
●Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand the nuances of each role and provide insights that align candidate profiles with team objectives.
●Employer Branding: Create job descriptions that not only inform but excite, showcasing our brand to attract the industry’s brightest.
●Team Development: Beyond hiring, support the ongoing development of our team by aligning new hires with our social media guidelines and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
●Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, particularly in recruiting for creative roles.
●Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
●Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
●Ability to thrive both independently and within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
●Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
