Content Creation Create 4 face-to-camera videos per week for MissMalini’s digital platforms. Develop and execute personal content IPs that align with the MissMalini voice and audience. Produce weekly short-form content (minimum 3 pieces) that is refined and ready for publishing.

Video & Platform Support Coordinate closely with the assigned editor to ensure smooth post-production and timely delivery. Interviews & Celebrity Content Work on curating and planning interview lineups with relevant celebrities and industry personalities. Schedule a minimum of two interviews per week, maintaining quality and relevance. Conduct thorough research before interviews to ensure engaging and insightful conversations. Maintain a clear question flow and structured lineup to keep interviews smooth and compelling.

Industry & PR Coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and talent teams to ensure consistent opportunities. Follow up proactively with PR teams and keep timelines updated internally. Attend events when required and represent MissMalini professionally.

Planning & Collaboration Participate actively in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to strengthen content output. Continuously explore new formats, IPs, and storytelling styles to elevate MissMalini’s video presence.
