About the Role We are looking for a distribution executive who understands LinkedIn execution, posting workflows, and backend campaign operations.

This role focuses on ensuring content is distributed effectively, consistently, and strategically while coordinating with internal strategy and design teams.

Key Responsibilities · Schedule and publish LinkedIn content across multiple accounts · Manage posting calendars and execution workflows · Coordinate with strategy, design, and copy teams for asset readiness · Monitor content performance and basic analytics · Ensure posting consistency and platform optimization · Maintain content libraries, databases, and trackers · Support campaign execution and distribution planning · Handle backend operational tasks related to LinkedIn campaigns · Identify timing and formatting best practices for better reach

Skills Required · Understanding of LinkedIn platform and content ecosystem · Organizational and coordination skills · Attention to detail and process management · Familiarity with scheduling and publishing tools · Basic understanding of analytics and content performance · Communication and workflow management ability

Ideal Candidate

· 1–3 years of experience in content operations, social media execution, or campaign management · Comfortable handling multiple accounts simultaneously · Someone process-oriented and detail-focused · Strong understanding of social media workflows
