Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Field & Community Operations Visit communities, shelters, schools, hospitals, and underprivileged areas to identify individuals and families in need. Conduct basic verification and assessment of cases before assistance is provided. Coordinate distribution drives, support programs, and welfare activities. Build relationships with local communities, volunteers, social workers, and partner organizations. Ensure proper documentation (photos, reports, beneficiary details) of all activities. 2. NGO Operations Management Maintain records of beneficiaries, donations, expenses, and program activities. Track all financial transactions and maintain transparency in fund utilization. Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and internal teams for smooth execution of initiatives. Create and maintain operational SOPs and reporting systems. Ensure all activities are properly documented and updated regularly. 3. Reporting & Administration Prepare weekly and monthly reports on activities, beneficiaries helped, and funds utilized. Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and operational trackers. Support compliance and documentation requirements for NGO activities. Assist in planning budgets, campaigns, and future outreach initiatives. 4. Coordination & Communication Act as the bridge between field operations and management. Coordinate with donors, partners, and volunteers when required. Represent the organization professionally during field visits and events.
