Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and campaign expectations. Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions. Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth. Campaign Planning & Execution Coordinate with internal strategy, content, and community management teams to execute Reddit marketing campaigns. Ensure timely delivery of campaign milestones and client commitments. Monitor campaign progress and proactively address challenges. Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and status reports. Reddit Marketing Support Understand Reddit communities (subreddits), platform culture, and engagement best practices. Assist in developing Reddit outreach, AMA, community engagement, and organic growth strategies. Ensure campaign activities comply with Reddit guidelines and community norms. Track subreddit opportunities relevant to client industries. Reporting & Analytics Prepare campaign performance reports and client presentations. Analyze engagement metrics, sentiment, community feedback, and campaign outcomes. Present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to clients. Track KPIs including engagement rates, community growth, brand mentions, traffic, and conversions.
