About the Role We're looking for a skilled Cinematographer who understands visual storytelling, lighting, framing, and camera movement. This role requires someone who can independently execute high-quality shoots in fast-paced environments and create content optimized for modern digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute end-to-end video shoots for: Brand campaigns Social media content & reels Product shoots On-ground activations and events Capture high-quality content using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and smartphones. Manage lighting, audio equipment, and stabilization tools for professional output. Make quick creative and technical decisions during shoots. Collaborate closely with creators, editors, and content teams to bring concepts to life. Ensure footage is captured with editing, platform requirements, and brand aesthetics in mind.
Required Skills Strong understanding of framing, composition, and camera movement. Excellent knowledge of natural and artificial lighting. Hands-on experience with cameras, lenses, audio equipment, gimbals, and other shooting gear. Ability to shoot both planned productions and run-and-gun content. Understanding of social-first content formats and visual storytelling.
Ideal Candidate 2+ years of professional cinematography experience. Capable of handling shoots independently from setup to execution. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and changing shoot requirements. Problem-solver who can adapt quickly during live and outdoor shoots. Thinks creatively while maintaining strong technical execution.
Bonus Skills Basic video editing knowledge. Experience creating viral or social-first content. Drone operation experience. Strong understanding of shot planning and storytelling.
