Overview
We are looking for a Creative Strategist / Campaign Strategist who can bridge the gap between insight
and execution. This role requires someone who not only generates ideas but understands how to make
them culturally relevant, platform-first, and scalable across digital ecosystems.
You should be someone who lives and breathes the internet, understands how brands behave in culture,
and can turn insights into campaigns that people want to engage with.
Experience Required
●Minimum 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or campaign planning
●Prior experience working with brands, agencies, or content ecosystems preferred
Core Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation & Campaign Development
●Conceptualize integrated campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground activations
●Translate brand briefs into disruptive, culturally relevant ideas
●Develop campaign narratives, hooks, and storytelling formats
●Build ideas that are viral-ready, meme-able, and shareable
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Expertise
●Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Snapchat
●Ability to spot and leverage trends, formats, and internet behavior patterns
●Knowledge of organic + paid strategies, influencer collaborations, and content seeding
●Understanding of platform algorithms, engagement metrics, and content lifecycle
3. Client Communication & Presentation Skills
●Present ideas in a clear, structured, and compelling manner
●Ability to defend and sell creative concepts with logic and confidence
●Collaborate closely with clients to refine strategies and align on objectives
●Handle feedback and iterations without losing the core creative vision
4. Content Writing & Copywriting
●Write sharp, engaging, and platform-specific copies
●Ability to craft:
○ Campaign taglines
○ Social media content
○ Scripts (reels, ads, branded content)
○ Meme copies & seeding lines
●Strong grasp of tone, voice, and audience relatability (especially Hinglish/Gen Z)
5. Design & Visual Thinking
●Proficiency in Canva / Google Slides / Keynote for deck creation
●Ability to create basic mockups, references, and visual directions
●Strong sense of layout, typography, and aesthetic storytelling
●Ability to brief designers with clear visual direction
6. Analytical & Strategic Thinking
●Interpret campaign performance metrics and derive insights
●Understand audience behavior, demographics, and consumption patterns
●Optimize ideas based on data, feedback, and real-time trends
●Balance creativity with business objectives
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
Cultural Awareness & Trend Sensitivity
●Strong understanding of pop culture, internet culture, and meme ecosystems
●Ability to identify what can become viral vs what feels forced
Influencer & Creator Ecosystem Knowledge
●Understanding of creator categories, content styles, and collaboration formats
●Ability to plan seeding strategies and influencer-led campaigns
Execution & Ownership
●Ability to take ideas from concept to execution
●Work with cross-functional teams (design, production, media)
●Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently
Adaptability & Speed
●Comfortable working in fast-paced, idea-heavy environments
●Ability to generate multiple ideas quickly under tight timelines
