About the Role We are looking for an AI Creator who lives and breathes internet culture, understands memes before they become mainstream, and knows how to turn ideas into highly engaging AI-generated content.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, content creation, and emerging AI tools. You will be responsible for creating viral-first content, experimenting with the latest AI platforms, and developing innovative formats that help brands stand out across social media.

Key Responsibilities ● Create engaging AI-generated content across images, videos, memes, and social media formats. ● Develop creative concepts and narratives using AI tools and emerging technologies. ● Identify internet trends, meme formats, and cultural moments that can be leveraged for brands. ● Produce short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. ● Experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and content formats to stay ahead of industry trends. ● Convert brand briefs into culturally relevant and engaging content ideas. ● Collaborate with strategy, creative, and content teams to execute campaigns.

● Create AI-generated videos, visual assets, and storytelling formats with quick turnaround times. ● Maintain a strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content performance. ● Continuously test, iterate, and improve content based on engagement metrics.

Skills Required Mandatory ● Strong prompt engineering skills. ● Deep understanding of meme culture, internet humor, and social media trends. ● Creative storytelling and idea generation abilities. ● Strong trend-spotting capabilities. ● Basic video editing skills. ● Ability to think in viral-first and platform-first content formats. ● Understanding of content hooks, retention, and audience psychology. ● Strong communication and presentation skills.
